Meditation is a popular New Year's resolution but easily gets tossed to the side. Why? People think meditation is hard. It's an intimidating practice. "Sit still and breathe" seems an impossible task. On the other hand, everyone seems to know that meditation is good for them. What really keeps people from meditating?
As a meditation teacher, I often hear people's gripes about why they don't meditate. This is for anyone who has ever wanted to start a meditation practice.
