Rick Santorum: Pornography Not A Priority For Obama Administration

Santorum Doubles Down On Porn

WASHINGTON - Rick Santorum on Sunday defended his assertion that "the Obama Department of Justice seems to favor pornographers over children and families," arguing on CNN's "State of the Union" that the department's insufficient prosecution of the industry proves his point.

"You have to look at the proof that's in the prosecution," he said. "You draw your conclusion."

Santorum said that a strict reading of pornography laws would bar hard-core porn from the Internet.

The administration, he said, has "not put a priority on prosecuting these cases ... putting children at risk as a result of that."
