Embracing Travel Therapy In Bermuda (VIDEO)

After spending years as a traveling TV correspondent and host, I created the Travel Therapy concept, where you pick vacations that are best for you based on what you're going through in life.

Now, inspired by my book, Travel Therapy: Where Do You Need To Go?, we're taking the concept to the next level, launching a weekly web video and TV series featuring the most inspiring and empowering places to visit from around the world, places where you can alleviate stress, reinvent yourself, find romance, heal from an illness, deal with a breakup, reconnect with loved ones or paying it forward with volunteer work.

For one of our first destinations to feature I picked Bermuda because there are so many fantastic Travel Therapy options on the island! Whether you want to kick back at the beach or pamper yourself at a beautiful spa, take in some British culture and history, or challenge yourself with a round of world-class golf, Bermuda is a Travel Therapy cornucopia!
