The "Very Special" episode. For years, it was a staple of sitcoms. Drugs were taken and lessons were learned. Some sitcoms thrived on it (seemed like every episode "Blossom" was very special). Often they wrapped up with the cast addressing the camera, explaining how serious the issues were. Needless say, we absolutely love them.
