Forget being eco-friendly, this thing's a rolling disaster area.

Only in Russia could this still be street-legal. Well, okay, we can't prove that this video was taken in Russia (or any other interchangeable Eastern european country for that matter), but we also can't imagine this thing hit the road in any country with at least any semblance of decent traffic laws.

He doesn't even have his flashers on!

All kidding aside, that driver seems to be having a hell of a good time. Maybe there is a market for convertible 18-wheelers after all.
