Frantic Woman Calls 911 To Report Escaped Cows: "I Got Seven Fucking Cows Loose!" (VIDEO)

Calling 911 when it's not an emergency is no laughing matter, but sometimes what some people deem to be an emergency is. For instance, this woman, who called 911 three times because she was sure that her losing seven cows constituted an immediate emergency. You can tell from the frantic tone in her voice:

Yes, this is a damn emergency. I got seven fucking cows out loose, and you to need to let everybody know that there are loose cows out there!

The operator tries to calm the woman down and admonishes her to watch her language, a suggestion the distraught woman is in no mood for: "I don't care, I don't need to watch nothing! You guys said it was not a fucking emergency. This is!"

The police ultimately issued the woman several citations for misusing the 911 emergency system.
