As Jon Stewart points out, Fox News analysts have repeatedly declared racism dead. Even the Supreme Court seems to think so, with its ruling last week allowing states to ban affirmative action programs.

But if racism is dead, why are so many people making news for racist remarks?

On Monday night's "Daily Show," Stewart looked at the controversy surrounding Los Angeles Clippers owner Donald Sterling. Sponsors are abandoning his team after a tape surfaced in which a voice believed to be his can be heard telling his girlfriend -- among other things -- "don't bring black people" to Clippers games.

"That's Donald Sterling, a billionaire who's gotten rich off the labors of a mostly black basketball, telling his mixed-race girlfriend not to be seen with black people," said Stewart. "It's that age-old story, 'Yeah, I'm racist, but my dick and my wallet are not.'"

And as Stewart points out, that's not even the weirdest part of the story. Watch the clip above for more.
