I am going to go out on a limb here and make an observation about Oprah's Favorite Things 2010 list that may not be taken favorably. In fact, y'all might get mad at me, but I'm going to have to take that risk. Because I can't believe my eyes!

And I do believe that this is why we as a nation are getting fatter and fatter.

When you read through Oprah's Favorite Things 2010 list, do you see what I see? You might notice that Marianne Williamson's book, A Course in Weight, is on her list, which is "... intended to help people fight and end their addictive behavior when it comes to food."

Other items on Oprah's Favorite Things 2010 list include:

the Breville Panini Press
Baker's Edge Brownie Pan
Baker's Edge Lasagna Pans
Ghirardelli Brownie Mix
Beecher's Handmade Mac and Cheese

Oprah, the Government, America... you can't have it both ways. Which weigh will you go?

Spread the word ... NOT the icing,
