He threatened, and he threatened, and he threatened, and finally, on Monday night's show, Will Ferrell shaved Conan's beard...kind of. He actually just mangled Conan's beard while talking about how the women in '70s-era "Playboy" were not shaved. Still, it was time well spent.

After bringing their interview to a screeching halt, Ferrell summoned an entire barber's setup to the stage, complete with reading material (the aforementioned vintage "Playboy"), a barber's pole and a glass of that blue disinfectant water, from which Ferrell slugged liberally.

Conan received a proper clean shave in the break that immediately followed the segment, but what Ferrell lacked in actual shaving skills, he more than made up for in creepy innuendos. See the whole clip below.
