There are ways to capture beautiful pregnancy photos. This post is not about those shots -- because when expectant moms and dads try to get too creative, the potential for awkwardness is dangerously high.

They say any of the following can lead to an uncomfortable pregnancy photo that the world should never be exposed to: giving a "sneak peek," using props (like a spare tire), dressing up like Harry Potter ... the list goes on.
