Bill Maher is not very impressed with political commentator Bill O'Reilly.
In a segment on "Real Time with Bill Maher" Friday night, the host blasted Fox News for so intently covering the major news story that Hillary Clinton used a personal email account to conduct State Department business, while never investigating what Maher says are O'Reilly's frequent lies.
"Let me read to you Bill O'Reilly's words and you tell me if he is not just a blatant, bald-assed liar," Maher said, before scrutinizing various examples.
Maher also wondered why mainstream media outlets weren't covering the O'Reilly situation the same way they covered the revelation earlier this year that Brian Williams had falsely claimed to be aboard a helicopter that was hit by enemy fire in Iraq.
Some of O’Reilly’s stories have recently been called into question by media outlets.
