Creative Marriage Proposal Planned By Entire Norwegian Town (VIDEO)

WATCH: Man Pulls Off Hollywood-Sized Proposal In Tiny Norwegian Town

An entire town helped this Norwegian man pull off an epic Hollywood-style proposal.

According to a video posted to YouTube Monday, Daniel and Gerda live on the tiny Norwegian island of Røvær (home to just 110 people and one car!). While Gerda was out of town for a few days, Daniel and his fellow Røvær residents planned an amazing marriage proposal inspired by Italy, Daniel's favorite romantic place.

The town's residents built a set that looked like the outdoor patio of an Italian restuarant and set it up on a cliff, with candles leading the way. They also held choir practice to learn the Italian song, "O Sole Mio."

When Gerda returned to the island, she was led up to the patio, where the choir serenaded her and Daniel popped the question. The evening ended with fireworks and champagne.

Watch the adorable proposal in the video above (according to TwentyTwoWords.com, the video was posted by the company that provided the paint for the proposal).

In 2012, a Pennsylvania town came together to stage a flash mob marriage proposal. Another couple got engaged earlier this year with the help of 140 of the couple's friends and family members.
