If you have leftover rice and a refrigerator with some things in it, a delicious fried rice can be yours.

This smart and simple recipe comes from our friend over at The Wicked Noodle. She stresses that you don't really need any recipe to whip this up -- just three to four cups of leftover rice, two eggs and a bunch of your favorite veggies to stir on the wok.
