Sometimes we only have a few minutes to rest and regroup. I admit I, too, sometimes scoff at that.
"Five minutes! I don't have time to lie down. I'll just check my e-mail again instead ... "
Sound familiar?
The things is: when I do remember that cat naps really work, I'm rewarded with a clearer mind and also the satisfaction that comes with knowing that I'm taking good care of myself.
Here's a little yogic rest that you can take at any time of the day or night. But don't just sit there and watch it, DO it!
