Vampires have never looked sexier than on HBO's "True Blood," but now Carrie Preston is spilling the beans, revealing that we shouldn’t believe everything we see on TV.

"Luckily I managed to keep a few threads of clothing on," Carrie tells me on the set of my HDNet talk show "Naughty But Nice with Rob." "I wouldn't say no to it, but we have a little false advertising situation going on with me because they give me quite the bust line ... It's called a hydraulic lift [laughs]. No, they have several layers of chicken cutlets and bras but my character is larger than life, so that makes sense."

Carrie jokes that she's not the only member of what seems to be an always naked cast that gets help looking so sexy; however, she does insist that Alexander Skarsgard's butt is really all him.

"You have to wear certain things to cover up certain things so it is very sanitary. But there is [a] sock, I must say," Carrie explains. "I'm so lucky I don’t have to worry about the Adam and Eve and the socks and all of that. I am the funny character! I just have to be funny."

And have you ever wondered where all that blood comes from? Carrie tells me it's dyed syrup, which actually tastes pretty good.

"I like to call it the 'True Blood Comedy Horror Vampire Porn Variety Show,' " laughs Carrie. "That just sums it up!"

CORRECTION: Prestion was misquoted as calling the show 'True Blood Comedy Whore Vampire Porn Variety Show' when she actually called it 'True Blood Comedy Horror Vampire Porn Variety Show.' We regret the error.
