Southern California-based burger chain Slater's 50/50 seems poised on creating items that get the web talking.

From their signature 50 percent ground beef, 50 percent ground bacon patty, their Orange Chicken Burger, to their notoriously deadly 100 percent ground bacon burger, the chain has a knack for walking the line between mouth watering and headline worthy.

Next up for the expanding chain? The 'Roo, a burger made of 50 percent ground kangaroo and 50 percent ground bacon topped with melted brie, thick cut bacon, huckleberry ketchup, crushed macadamia ricotta on a bed of baby greens, radish slices and sandwiched by a honey wheat bun.

The burger will sit on the menu as their burger of the month for September. Let us know what you think of it in the comments if you get a chance to try it. More food porn shots of it on Foodbeast.com.
