Let’s face it — we have all judged another mom at least once in our lifetime (or perhaps today). Whatever the reason was, it’s time to stop the madness. This mom business is NO JOKE. We are all just trying our best here — SO (kindly) BACK OFF!

Repeat after me:

To the moms who buy organic — I will not judge you.

To the moms who don’t buy organic — I will not judge you.

To the moms who breastfeed in public — I will not judge you.

To the moms who don’t breastfeed at all — I will not judge you.

To the moms who feel comfortable wearing a bikini — I will not judge you.

To the moms who keep their t-shirt & shorts on at the pool or beach — I will not judge you.

To the moms who can’t make it to the school event because you are working — I will not judge you.

To the moms who stay at home — I will not judge you.

To the moms whose tires are screeching in the school parking lot as the bell rings — I will not judge you.

To the moms who make fresh baked goodies for the bake sale and “seem” perfect — I will not judge you.

To the moms whose child is getting in trouble at school — I will not judge you.

To the moms whose child is involved in every activity and “seems” perfect — I will not judge you.

To the moms who yell — I will not judge you.

To the quiet moms — I will not judge you.

To the happily married moms — I will not judge you.

To the single moms — I will not judge you.

To the moms who made a mistake — I will not judge you.

To the moms whose kid made a mistake — I will not judge you.

To the moms that are too hard on themselves — I will not judge you.

To the moms in the grocery store just trying to keep it together — I will not judge you.

To the moms with tattoos — I will not judge you.

To the moms who cuss — I will not judge you.

To the moms that feel like everyone is judging them — I will not judge you. You are loved and important.

Pass it on!

“Our culture is very youth-driven, but I think there is absolutely value and wisdom with experience. Youth is delightful, but experience is also. Your cute years will diminish, but have some wisdom left, some grace, some charm.” - Angela Bassett

“Cleansing, toning and moisturizing are the basic essentials to maintain healthy skin. The skin you take care of in your teens and 20s is the skin you will inherit in your 30s, 40s and beyond.” - Iman

"Everything you do, every thought you have, every word you say creates a memory that you will hold in your body. It’s imprinted on you and affects you in subtle ways -- ways you are not always aware of. With that in mind, be very conscious and selective. What’s in front of you is a whole world of experiences beyond your imagination. Put yourself, and your growth and development, first." - Phylicia Rashad

"As a young woman you're thinking that everything you are on the outside -- what your hair looks like, what shoes you're wearing, how much flesh you're showing -- that's the thing you believe makes you attractive. But as you get older, as a woman, it's like, your wisdom is what makes you attractive." - Jada Pinkett Smith

"Exfoliate. You get rid of the crud on the inside and you've got to clean it out. You've got to lighten it up. You have to. It makes life so much better if you get rid of all of the dead stuff. Same thing with skin. Same thing with bad memories." - Lynn Whitfield

"I found happiness for myself, and I think it's because I desire nothing. It's a journey. You're born, you go through the journey, and then you leave the journey. How you manage the journey is very important. I stayed on track. I stayed on course. My wish was to arrive here where I am today in this frame of mind and this physique and this healthiness.” - Tina Turner
