Jon Hamm is considered one of the sexiest men alive, but when the smoldering "Mad Men" actor was 25, it seems he was just another shaggy-haired dude who wasn't so lucky in love.
This week, Lighthearted Entertainment unearthed an exceedingly entertaining -- and terribly awkward -- video of Hamm's 1996 appearance on "The Big Date," a game show where bachelors or bachelorettes choose a hopeful suitor to go out with.
Hamm's "Mad Men" character, Don Draper, might have had no trouble getting the girl, but his 20-something self was twice unlucky, ending the game as the only guy of three who didn't get picked by a woman.
Seriously, though. How do you say no to this?
"The worst decision you've ever made doesn't compare to the two women who DID NOT pick Jon Hamm on a dating show waaaaay before he hit it big," wrote TMZ of Hamm's bad luck.
We're inclined to agree.
