AMC's dramatic Revolutionary War series, "Turn," premieres on Sunday. Set in 1778, the show is based on the book "Washington Spies" by Alexander Rose. Long Island farmer Abe Woodhull (Jamie Bell), bands together with his childhood friends to form The Cupler Ring, an unlikely group of spies who turn the tide in America's fight for independence. Rose's book is based on a true story of a spy ring by the same name.
The first trailer promised a whole lot of gunfire and wigs, and in this new exclusive preview of the series premiere, we can begin to see Abe's transformation from farmer to informant.
"Turn" premieres Sunday, April 6, at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
