On the season finale of "America's Next Top Model: British Invasion" (Wed., 9 p.m. ET on The CW) Wednesday night, the models braced themselves to find out who would be crowned the winner.
First, though, Laura and Sophie had their last challenges, a commercial shoot for CoverGirl, a shoot for Vogue Italia and a runway show for Forever 21.
However, it all became too much for one of the two finalists.
Last American standing Laura collapsed at the CoverGirl shoot, sparking off a medical emergency. She was rushed to the hospital where doctors diagnosed her as having a severe panic attack.
Next the girls were taken to Vogue Italia, where again Laura wowed the client, but Brit model Sophie -- who was the runner-up on "Britain's Next Top Model" -- shone as well.
Finally, after the girls walked the runway for Forever 21, Tyra Banks stood to announce the results. The winner was ... Sophie.
Tyra and her new line-up of fashionistas are currently hard at work on "America's Next Top Model" Cycle 19, which will air on Fridays at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
