Andy Samberg Impaled Jerry From 'Parks And Recreation' With An Emmy

This "Mad Men" parody did not end well for Jim O'Heir.

Poor Jerry/Garry/Larry/Terry! The oft-ridiculed "Parks and Recreation" character was stabbed in the chest with an Emmy statuette during a taped bit at Sunday's awards, because some people never can win.

Andy Samberg parodied the "I'd like to buy the world a Coke" commercial that capped off the final season of "Mad Men." The host assumed the part of Don Draper, receiving "om"-worthy inspiration atop a sunny hill. But instead of creating one of history's most famous television advertisements, Samberg chunked an Emmy and punctured Jim O'Her in the chest. At least we're accustomed to seeing TV gore circa 9:30 p.m. on a Sunday -- thanks, "Game of Thrones."
