It was a Valentine's Day "Firefly" reunion of sorts on "Castle," with Gina Torres guest-starring. Torres played Penelope, a prominent castmember of a "Real Housewives" type of reality show who found herself in hot water when one of the newest castmembers turned up dead.
Penelope insisted she was innocent, despite the fact that a piece of her fingernail was found in the victim's scalp. Anyone who's watched one of these shows knows that fingernails in scalps happen between virtually every commercial break. In the end, it wasn't Penelope after all. The truth was far more convoluted, and hilariously involved a staged scenario for this supposedly unscripted "reality" show.
On the home-front, it was Valentine's Day and Beckett got Castle the perfect gift. She gave him a drawer in her place, and then promptly urged him to use it. As in, take off your clothes, put them in your drawer and join me in bed.
Needless to say, he loved the drawer -- and promptly followed her instructions. The love stays fresh on "Castle" every Monday at 10 p.m. EST on ABC.
