Christopher Reeve's outfit in the movie "Superman" and the latex creature suit from "Alien" were among pieces of memorabilia that fetched more than $2 million at auction, the company that sponsored the auction said.
More than 700 items were sold at the Thursday auction, including costumes, scripts and posters, said memorabilia company Profiles in History, which hosted the event.
