The wait is almost over, Gleeks! "Glee" returns with new episodes starting Tues., April 10 at 8 p.m. ET with the spring premiere, entitled "Big Brother."

In "Big Brother," Blaine's (Darren Criss) older brother Cooper (guest star Matt Bomer of "White Collar") returns home and gives New Directions some acting lessons. Cooper is a big-time star ... of credit commercials. The two Anderson brothers sing Gotye's "Somebody That I Used To Know" and give Duran Duran the "Glee" treatment with a mash-up of "Hungry Like A Wolf" and "Rio."

Blaine also gets a solo with Christina Aguilera's "Fighter."
