It's basically your worst nightmare.
You're injured, tired and stranded on a narrow patch of land just 200 yards from shore. Oh, and there's a massive shark circling your body as you bleed out and cry for help.
That's essentially the premise of Blake Lively's deliciously thrilling and slightly too-real movie "The Shallows." Lively plays a surfer who gets stranded in shallow waters and finds herself surrounded by a shark.
Though we're not quite sure how the premise is going to turn into a two-hour nail-baiter, the trailer looks scary enough that the movie might actually be interesting.
"The Shallows" swims into theaters June 24.
