Jessica Alba shared a terrible health scare she experienced on "Jimmy Kimmel Live." It came upon her in the middle of the night, and she was afraid that she was having a stroke.
"My whole arm was numb and then I got cold sensation from the back of my neck up to the front," she said. "And then I was like, I think I can’t move my face."
The last one may have been her mind playing tricks on her, but nevertheless she went to the ER and got a CAT scan. "They all said, you had all the signs of a stroke if you were much older," Alba said.
Later, she got an MRI and found out the true culprit. "And then I have carpal tunnel," she said.
She attributed the carpal tunnel to the long hours she logs in working on her online business, the eco-friendly baby product site, The Honest Company. Either that, or she's mastered the art of the plug.
