Gary and Valene Ewing are returning to Southfork. According to TV Guide, Season 2 of "Dallas" will play host to a "Knots Landing" reunion, when Ted Shackelford and Joan Van Ark guest star on TNT's continuation of the classic series.

They'll reprise their roles for the first time since "Knots Landing" ended in 1993. They last visited "Dallas" for the show's original series finale in 1991, but had been absent from the show since the '80s prior to that episode. TV Guide reports that the show courted the duo last season for cameo appearances, but Shackelford was allegedly holding out for a bigger arc. Apparently, that patience paid off; the pair are currently set for a three-episode storyline.

They join previously announced stars Judith Light and Emma Bell, who will also make appearances in Season 2.

"Dallas" returns with a two-hour season premiere on January 28, 2013 at 9 p.m. ET on TNT.
