Put Soundgarden singer Chris Cornell on the same stage as Pearl Jam members Eddie Vedder, Mike McCready, Jeff Ament, Matt Cameron and Stone Gossard, and it becomes a Temple of the Dog reunion. That's just what happened on Saturday night at the Neil Young's annual Bridge School benefit concert in Mountain View, California, when Cornell joined Pearl Jam for a performance of "Hunger Strike," Temple of the Dog's 1991 hit.
The group last reunited in 2011 at PJ20, Pearl Jam's 20th anniversary concert celebration. Yeah, we're going to watch that too.
