UPDATE: Kim's rep tells Life & Style that Kim and Kroy are not engaged.

"Kim is definitely NOT engaged," the rep says. "There is no truth to this rumor."

PREVIOUSLY: Kim Zolciak is engaged to Atlanta Falcons star Kroy Biermann, the father of her unborn child, Radaronline.com is reporting.

"They wanted to announce it in a national magazine, but Kim was so excited that she told a couple of close friends about it," a source told the website. "Obviously, they are both really happy about both the baby and their engagement and cannot wait to start their new lifes together."

The source added that Kroy, 25, bought Kim, 32, a "substantial" ring she has yet to wear in public.

Last week Kim confirmed to Life & Style that she and Kroy are expecting their first child together--and discussed her feelings about being a pregnant bride.

"I definitely don't want to get married while I'm pregnant," she said. "But I can see myself marrying Kroy in the future."

Kim was snapped smoking a cigarette while watching an NFL game when she was about three months pregnant.
