Bookworms far and wide celebrated when news broke that Jonathan Frazen's acclaimed novel, "The Corrections," was being developed into a TV show.

And now they'll have another reason to rejoice: Ewan McGregor will be starring in the series.

According to EW, the "Star Wars" star will be playing the role of Chip, the second child in the dysfunctional Midwestern family, which the novel follows. Chris Cooper and Diane Wiest have also been cast as the family's parents.
