Actor John C. Reilly sat down with Andrew Goldman for the December issue of Elle, which is on newstands next Tuesday. Here is some of what he said:
- On George Clooney being a ladies man: "I was pretty impressed with George Clooney. I knew he was getting heaps of tail, but he would never confirm that he'd slept with someone. And I thought, man, that's a classy move. Because I know if I was still single and I was sleeping with all those women, I'd be bragging. If someone mentioned an actress's name, I'd be like, "Been there." But he didn't give anything anyway.
- On erotic dreams: "It doesn't happen often, but when it does, it's always extremely graphic and about someone I'm working with. They can seem so real.. Once it was Parker Posey."
- On his most attractive physical trait: "I've been told my tush a lot. Which makes me feel great on the one hand, but on the other hand I'm like, well what's wrong with my face?"
- On having the sex talk: "My family was too Catholic to actually talk about embarrassing stuff like that. Even with my parents, there was none of this 'Let's Have the Talk'. I was just turned loose in my neighborhood and figure it out by finding rain soaked Playboys behind the liquor store."
