Eva Green, Ewan McGregor Fall In Love During Apocalypse

Remember "Contagion"? Well, this is kind of like that -- only sadder.

In the "Melancholia"- type vain, IFC Films gives us the uber-sad, apocalyptic "Perfect Sense."

It seems like the set up for a perfect romcom: Ewan McGregor is all Scottish and charming the beautiful and indeterminately French Eva Green. We think we're about to embark on a simple love story but not so fast! This is not that kind of tale.

The film is a love story only it's set to the backdrop of a sense-deadening epidemic. (So what! No relationship's perfect!) The two struggle to maintain their own personal faculties while trying to savor their budding romance.

"Perfect Sense" premiered at Sundance in 2011 and will hit theaters Feb. 10th, 2012.

Will you brave its potential super-sadness to see this new flick?
