Howard Stern says Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have "put a plague" on his Upper West Side block since they moved in temporarily while Garner completes a Broadway run in "Cyrano de Bergerac." The shock jock complained on his Sirius radio show that packs of paparazzi stand outside for the couple, and when he walks out, they snap him too, especially when he thinks he looks horrible. "It's unbelievable. Now I know why co-ops block famous people from getting into buildings," said Stern.
