Madonna and her Brazilian underwear model boyfriend have reportedly called it quits. Madge, 51, and Jesus Luz, 23, had been dating for a year.

It was Jesus who initiated the split when he realized their love could not conquer the sizable age different or overall lack of common interests, according to the Chicago Sun-Times.

Madonna is 14 years older than Jesus' mother.

"How long could it last? How it even lasted a year seems a miracle to a lot of people," a source told ShowbizSpy.com. "Or as Madonna told me, 'We've just run out of things to talk about. It's really pushing it for us to have common ground these days. We have Kabbalah, that's about it'."
