This week, New York has the biggest reveal since David Lat was unmasked as Article III Groupie: Valentine and Olga Rei, two pale-blond, sorta-related* Russians, were the masterminds behind Socialiterank.com, the anonymous — and scandalous! — website which shuttered unexpectedly last month after having spent a year making — and ruining — the reputation of many an aspiring young debutante. The Reis were, in fact, already widely suspected as being behind SR, though a poll conducted by Radar just before the SR closed down mistakenly ended up choosing pretty-boy walker Derek Blasberg as the most likely candidate.
