Katie Holmes will be giving a new meaning to the word jack-o-lantern.

Six seasons after the character was first mentioned, the Slutty Pumpkin of "How I Met Your Mother" has finally been revealed: ladies and gentlemen, your promiscuous squash is none other than Katie Holmes. Vulture reports that the actress will play a woman Ted met at a Halloween party but later lost contact with.

The role will make for an interesting section on her IMDB page; in 2011, she will have played First Lady Jackie Kennedy and a Slutty Pumpkin. Also, Adam Sandler's wife (in "Jack and Jill") and a woman living in a haunted house (in "Don't Be Afraid of the Dark").
