The 85th annual Academy Awards took a sentimental turn on Sunday evening when a number of Hollywood greats were honored as a part of the "In Memoriam" segment.
Included in the memoriam was Richard Zanuck, Celeste Holm, Marvin Hamlisch, Tony Scott, and Michael Clarke Duncan. Also among those that were honored was the late Nora Ephron. Ephron, who died in June of last year, was a celebrated writer who was behind romantic comedies such as "You've Got Mail," "When Harry Met Sally," "Sleepless in Seattle," and "Julie & Julia."
The memoriam was set to a stunning performance of Hamlisch's "The Way We Were" by Barbra Streisand.
