And while Miley didn't tell us where she'd be celebrating her 18th (it's November 23 in case you wanted to send a card), she did mention that she hopes her whole family will be with her for the big day, something that's equally newsworthy, given everything that's been going on with her parents, Tish and Billy Ray Cyrus, in recent weeks.

"I'm not going to go crazy; [just] have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family ... because that would be really cool. I think we need time to all be together," she said.
