Olivier Duclos, qui s'est fait connaître lors des séries éliminatoires 2004 de la LNH pour sa transformation en Ginette Reno lors d'une partie à Boston, risque de faire parler de lui de nouveau dans les prochaines semaines.

Il a lancé jeudi une nouvelle page Facebook, 100 livres//100 jours, afin que les internautes puissent le suivre durant sa quête qui, vous l'aurez compris, est de perdre 100 livres en un peu plus de trois mois.

Dans une vidéo publiée sur sa page personnelle, il explique qu'il sera accompagné de collaborateurs et d'amis dans ce défi. Il invite les gens à s'associer à son projet et à partager leur propre expérience grâce aux réseaux sociaux.

Comme il le souligne dans le vlogue, que vous pouvez voir en tête de cet article, le plus important n'est pas le nombre de livres perdues, mais plutôt de mettre l'accent sur les bienfaits d'un mode de vie sain.
